This Privacy Policy explains how the client application provided by AHAspeed VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles your personal information. We collect only the data needed to provide stable and secure VPN connections and protect your privacy within this policy.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Region matching based on AHAspeed VPN's node distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. Service communication through your reserved email or username for updates, security notices, and necessary reminders.

We transmit only anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis and feature improvement. Except for legal process, user-safety protection, fraud investigation, or work with contracted service providers, we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account and delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will begin deletion procedures. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect data security.
